About Us
FIC America Corp. was established in Carol Stream, Illinois in 1994 by Futaba Industrial Company, Limited of Japan. We manufacture stamped and welded products, primarily supplying the automotive industry with high-quality parts at lower costs. Our facilities include one plant in Carol Stream, Illinois, and a second plant a short drive away in Bloomingdale, Illinois.
Our goal as a company is to be profitable and be a place where people are both proud and happy to work. As we conduct our global business activities we strive to contribute to the development of humanity and society professionally and ethically, pursue technological advances, improve operational efficiencies, listen to and meet the expectations of our customers and remain productive and profitable. Manufacturer of Quality Automotive Parts at a Lower Cost
We use stamping and welding machines to manufacture exhaust, suspension, fuel, environmental, and exterior and interior parts for Nissan, Honda, and Toyota. We strive to make reliable, and environmentally conscious "Quality Parts at Lower Cost".
Stamping Components
FIC America utilizes numerous stamping presses ranging from 150 tons to 2500 tons. This includes Blanking, Progressive, Tandem, and Transfer presses.
Welding Assembly
FIC America utilizes over 140 Robotic welders. We are experts in Spot, Arc, TIG, Plasma, Projection, Sonic, and Vibration Welding.
Performance Parts
FIC America builds performance parts related to emissions, fuel, and exhaust.
